Resilient Body was created to offer intelligent, individualized strength training in a supportive environment, so people can move better, feel stronger, and stay active for the long run. 1-on-1 Assessment

Before you join a class, we begin with a personalized assessment to understand your body’s unique strengths, opportunities and goals. Together, we’ll measure movement patterns, mobility, and stability and identify considerations and readiness for Small Group Training. And, if we find something needs more attention first, we’ll introduce MAT.
